San Francisco Day Trip by RuggyBearLA

I flew to San Francisco for a day trip with some friends to play tourist. We visited Sutro Baths, The Golden Gate Recreational Area, and The Painted Ladies. The Sutro Baths was a large, privately owned public saltwater swimming pool complex in the Lands End area of the Outer Richmond District in western San Francisco, California. Built in 1896, it is located near the Cliff House, Seal Rocks, and Sutro Heights Park. The mile-long Baker Beach lies at the foot of rugged serpentine cliffs west of the Golden Gate. It provides panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Marin Headlands and Lands End. One of the most photographed locations in San Francisco, Alamo Square's famous "postcard row" at Hayes and Steiner Streets is indeed a visual treat. A tight, escalating formation of Victorian houses is back-dropped by downtown skyscrapers, providing a stunning contrast.
Painted ladies is a tourist attraction, one of the Interesting buildings in San Francisco, United States. It is located: 25 km from Daly City, 44 km from Oakland, 204 km from San Jose. Read further
